Sharfa -

I wish there were some words that would make the hurt lesser. I'm so sad concerning your loss.

I don't know your specific beliefs, but it is MY firm belief that your Dad is now in an excellent place of no pain and much humor. I hope a belief such as this aids in bringing YOU solace.

I know I don't comment very often, but I wanted you to know that I too am praying for you and your family. Like Sully, I believe that your dad will always be looking down on you from a much better place, smiling with pride at all you've accomplished.

May God bless you all...

Oh honey, I'm so sorry.

I wish I was wiser.
I wish I was more eloquent.

I feel like there's nothing I can truly say to alleviate the pain you must feel. But, your superdad I believe is in a place now where there is no suffering. He will always be watching over you and I think you know that deep within.

Sharfa, my heart goes out to you and your family.

You have our deepest sympathies.

Nothing to be done about the pain, other than to feel it fully and completely, to wallow in it for a while. You've got a right to feel how you want, don't let anyone take that away from you for even a second.

You're in our prayers.

I am so sorry. You and your family are in my prayers and many of my friends are praying for you and your dad. I will say "Om Mani Padme Om" for his journey to be safe and the way clear for him. He has benefit human kind by being here.
Love, Riv

I'm sitting here in the dark crying for a man I've never known but through your words. I'm so sorry Sharfa for your family's loss. May peace be with you through this, knowing your dad is in a better place, even though that place is not at your side. Be strong for your mom and your boy, they will need you. We are here for you if you need us. (((Big Hugs)))

Oh Sharfa.

I am so very, very sorry for your family's loss.

I have been where you are now, and if I could, I would walk this path for you; I would carry your pain and grief for you.

Our entire family is praying for your family.

it hurts very much when they go.

it's so important that they know that you love them,
and that they love you.
by the sounds of it there was never the slimmest doubt...

life is a transient thing.
it's eternal, but we move sometimes and can't always be with each other physically.
(which is a good time to be reminded that we are merely spirits in a temporal world anyway...)

I know somebody else who went from being physical to spirit, -simply so that he could be with everybody at once...
-Sounds like your dad took some cues from him.

It is my prayers that both are with you and your family now.
-and that each time you laugh, you'll hear him,
-and every once in a while,
when you really least expect it,
you'll see him in the twinkle in the eye of a friend,

or better yet,
a complete stranger.

Lord be with you.

Each and every one of you are so special to me. You have no idea just how much.

I will post, when I have more strength of mind and spirit. For now, it's tough just getting through the minutes, hours, and days.

Know that both I and my Mom have read your precious thoughts and condolences.

We have lost the glue of our universe. I worry most for my Mom who has lost her other half. It happened so fast and unexpectedly.

The pain is no less, that it was inevitable. Your prayers and thoughts are balm to my very soul. The kindness of those that I have never met is a testament to my Father. All who knew him, loved him.

You, who have never met him, appreciate the man he is, was, and shall ever be.

I love you all and I feel so very blessed that you happened upon my small corner of the blogoverse.

Thank you, from the bottom of my broken heart.
