Almost home

His original flight was canceled due to storms in PA.

He spent 8 hours at Columbia, SC airport.

Ended up taking a prop plane to Charlotte and is now on his final leg to Manchester, NH where his Dad is picking him up at 12:30 AM. He will be staying with Dad for now.

By the, every 5 minute texting I'm receiving, I don't think he's too excited.

Hope you had a happy week-end :) I know the boy is glad to be home. When my son moved to IL, he used to call me and say "Mom, please take a picture of a Georgia Pine and send it to me.." :)

You can take the boy out of the south, but you can't take the south out of the boy~ I'm sure its the same up there :)

He has been home and burnt this bridge. He deliberately caused an argument so he could take off and stay out all night. He did this after I carted his ass around all day Saturday so he could see his friends, bought pizza too.
I dropped him at my Moms Sunday afternoon - she got home from work early and darling son had a girl in his room. (Just found this out today) Now he is off on a 'run' - bullshit, he's hanging with the same old underage losers.
I told Mom to ship him back to his fathers.
I'm crushed and done with this shit. I told him not to call or text me anymore. I have done everything for this kid and he comes home - shits all over me and treats me with such disrespect. I bought his ticket home for cryin out loud!
All he is interested in is hanging out with the same losers that put him in the position of having to join the Army.
Well - he can have them - I'm through.

I'm sorry to hear that. No words to offer that will help, of course. I'll say a prayer, and offer you all I can - a virtual hug...
